As Iris Furniture does not accept returns on any item, our refund policy is as follows:
All sales made through Iris Furniture are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any of our products. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases and ask any questions they may have prior to making a purchase.
In the rare case of a defective or damaged item being delivered to a customer, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue. This may include providing a replacement item, repair, or a partial refund, at our discretion. Any claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind their craftsmanship. If there are any concerns or issues with an item after delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Delivery Area:
We provide delivery of our products within Mumbai only. We do not currently offer shipping outside of Mumbai.
Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver your purchased items within 15-20 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeline may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on any changes to the delivery timeline.
Delivery Charges:
We offer free delivery on all orders within Mumbai.
Delivery Process:
Once your order has been processed and payment has been received, our team will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time. On the day of delivery, our team will deliver the purchased item(s) to the delivery address provided by you. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and sign for the receipt of the products.
Delivery Conditions:
We strive to ensure that your products are delivered to you in the best possible condition. However, please inspect the product(s) upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any damages or defects. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
